Aruba-Specific RequirementsIn-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Aruba wired, wireless, and ClearPass solutionsProfessional certifications in at least two Aruba areas, such as:Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP)Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP)Proven experience with ArubaOS, AirWave, and other Aruba management toolsGeneral RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of experience with Aruba solutionsProven experience with data migration, network upgrades, and system integrationExtensive knowledge of network technologies, including:Network security (firewalls, VPNs, access control)Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Network architecture (LAN, WAN, WLAN)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong customer-facing skills, with experience in presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
