Including but not limited to.1. Develop and Execute Omni-Channel Marketing Initiatives for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C Segments in the Healthcare Provider Channel in Vietnam• Design and implement tailored marketing strategies for each segment (B2B, B2B2C, and B2C) to drive growth and engagement within the healthcare provider channel.• Coordinate with sales teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and support for all marketing activities.• Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and improve campaign performance.• Leverage digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.2. Support Brand Positioning, New Product Launches, and Myopia Management Initiatives• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand positioning strategies that resonate with healthcare providers and end consumers.• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of all myopia initiatives in the market, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and features.• Lead initiatives related to myopia management, creating awareness and education programs for healthcare providers and patients.• Develop promotional materials, training tools, and content to ensure successful product rollouts and ongoing engagement.3. Support Global & Regional Medical and Myopia Programs, Marketing Campaigns, and Calendar Management• Assist in the implementation of global and regional medical programs, ensuring alignment with local market requirements and regulations.• Coordinate and execute the creating and performance of Myopia Centers in Vietnam.• Manage both online and offline marketing calendars, ensuring that all activities are planned, tracked, and executed on schedule.• Collaborate with global and regional teams to share insights, feedback, and best practices for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

1. Education / Professional Certification• Bachelor’s degree in optometry.• Post education degree in Marketing or business preferred but not essential2. Experience• 2 years of experience in commercial areas of medical channel, pharma or medical devices.• Ophthalmic industry preferred but not essential• Brand Management & consumer journey experience preferred but not essential3. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics• Good interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving ability• Ability to manage complex projects, be strategic and have excellent planning skills• Team player• Proactiveness• Willing to learn and take on new tasks• Fluent in English (spoken and written)• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office4. Working conditions & Other Attributes.Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
