Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Manage project teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders. Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate and manage project resources, cross functional team/department(internal/external) coordination, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Collaborate with engineering managers and engineers cross multiple platforms and domains Support to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talents Establish and maintain high engineering standards for quality practices with measurements Contribute to the improvement and scaling of the engineering organization Requirements 5 years working experience or above Min. Undergrade degree, preferred major in Software Engineering, Math, Computer Science Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum. Having PMP/ CSM/CSPO/PSM License is Plus Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Team) Experience with project management in large scale project or program. Team collaboration players.
