Lead/Senior QA Engineer

Working location: District 1, HCM Working time: Mon - Fri Trách nhiệm công việc Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements to design suitable QA strategies for various product lines Participate in system architecture discussions, assess risks, and improve testability and system reliability Build and continuously improve testing tools, frameworks, and lifecycle processes to enhance testing efficiency Take part in testing infrastructure setup, including test automation platforms and tools Design and lead integration test architecture and support its implementation and deployment Oversee system integration testing during product deployment stages to ensure smooth, high-quality releases Research and introduce innovative testing methods and technologies, driving continuous quality improvement Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Proven experience in QA for large-scale systems in internet or traditional industries Deep understanding of QA principles, test design, and quality control strategy Strong in RESTful API testing, performance testing, automation, security testing, and black/white-box testing Hands-on experience with coding, test automation frameworks, Git/SVN, and code reviews Analytical mindset, ownership-driven, and a collaborative team player Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and propose solutions effectively Knowledge and passion for fintech or internet financial services is a plus Good English and Vietnamese communication is required for working with international teams Phúc lợi dành cho bạn Will share later
