Learning and Development Expert

• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for Talent Development / Talent Pool / Leadership & Professional Development• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that address identified skills gaps and support the company’s objectives. Customize training solutions to meet diverse learning needs• Create training content and materials, including presentations, manuals, and E-learning modules• Implement and organize training sessions to ensure they are delivered effectively and on time• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements. Use data and feedback to inform the development of training strategies• Prepare reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for management review• Track and analyze training program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics• Recommend improvements and updates to training programs based on feedback and industry changes
