Learning & Development Executive - Front Office

Assist with Designing and Implementing Training Programs

• Develop and implement effective training programs.
• Ensure staff members are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Evaluate and continuously improve training programs.
• Create professional and accessible training materials.

Conduct On-the-Job Training for Front Office Department

• Provide hands-on training and coaching to the front office team.
• Focus on both technical skills and soft skills.
• Ensure excellent guest service delivery.
• Monitor and support knowledge application in practice.

• Support new hotel openings at different locations.
• Build and train front office teams from the ground up.
• Ensure consistency in service quality.
• Transmit brand culture and standards.

• Implement and manage simple tools or an LMS (if applicable) to track training completion and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date training records, schedules, and SOP libraries.

• Act as a partner to operations leaders - advising on team development, coaching practices, and service training.
• Observe and assess employee performance after training to identify career development opportunities or determine appropriate termination actions.
• Create a friendly, healthy, and collaborative environment among colleagues in alignment with M Village’s culture.
