Roles and Responsibilities:• Gather warehouse demands and work on rental proposals for ecommerce companies, third-party logistics companies,freight forwarders, retailers, manufacturers• Build and maintain networks with property agents, logistics associations, industry fellows• Gather market intelligence and carry out industry research. Bring insights to team to formulate sales plan and strategy• Work with marketing team to come up sales materials, promote BW and our warehouses• Work closely with investment team on land acquisition proposals; construction team on warehouse building design

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field• Minimum of 5-year experience working in logistics/supply chain• Outgoing personality with a sales mindset• Strong network in logistics warehouse, and e-commerce industry• Self-driven and passionate• Multi-tasking ability• High level written and spoken English• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage• Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills• Excellent client relationship management skills• A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team• Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
