Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Legal Administrative Assistant. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with internal and external parties, administrative assistance, and organization skills. The Legal Administrative Assistant will also provide support to the legal team and report to the General Counsel.
Qualifications
- Draft & review contracts, legal documents, etc
- File legal documents and correspondence to government authorities
- Communicate with government authorities
- Prepare and submit documents for foreign investors, foreign employees
- Maintain calendars, including all appointments, deadlines, meetings, and all necessary dates regarding legal job
- Research and verify documents and statistics as needed
- Proofread correspondence, marketing materials and other written content
- Maintain complete and orderly files in a manner that expedites retrieval
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Good at English in 4 skills
- Legal document preparation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Administrative assistant skills, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and record keeping
- Excellent organization skills; be able to multitask
- Have at least 1 year experience in legal and/or administration
