Manage the Legal and Compliance Department in general; guarantee the legal, compliance, and legal collection in the Company.
1. Legal Tasks [35% workloads]:
1.1. Building contract templates/standard checklist for contract review and management;
1.2. Drafting/reviewing debt trading agreements and all types of contracts, minimizing contractual risks while keeping up with the business flow; standardizing and frequently updating contracts and improving document management;
1.3. Attending meetings to negotiate contracts with counterparties;
1.4. Proceeding KYC toward customers and vendors;
1.5. Advising on handling business issues with HQ and other departments in the Vietnam market;
1.6. Legal update: Staying up-to-date with the changes in laws and promptly issuing warnings to other departments, ensuring the company's internal governance;
1.7. Advising on legal issues in all aspects, including but not limited to commercial damages, labor management, office management, and disputes of any kind;
1.8. Advising on new business models of the company.
2. Compliance Tasks [20% workloads]:
2.1. Proceeding internal legal audit;
2.2. Drafting/ Building/ Updating internal regulations and procedures;
2.3. Promptly warning on potential risks in the business and operation of the company;
2.4. Handle violations of employees.
3. Interim manager of the Legal Collections project [30% workloads]:
3.1. Preparing/amending/performing the legal collection strategy and plan; promptly adapting to the change of situations in general;
3.2. Organizing and managing team on daily tasks and workloads to proceed and follow up all legal collection cases;
3.3. Contacting courts and all other government agencies officials to handle legal collection cases; Attending courts and official meetings with government agencies;
3.4. Reporting legal collection performance to the line manager.
4. Team Management, orientation, and development [5% workloads].
4.1. Assigning & coordinating tasks for team members;
4.2. Weekly training on legal matters and skills;
4.3. Build up internal working rules and styles of the legal team;
4.4. Give guidance and orientation to the team members.

Competence and experience requirements
1. Education level: University majoring in Law or higher;
2. Experience: At least 07 (seven) years of experience in the legal field, a law firm, or a top-tier company/corporation;
3. Have a law practice card or have participated in a law practice training course;
4. Foreign language: Minimum TOEIC 800 or equivalent certificates
5. Skills:
a. Communication;
b. Team management;
c. Practicing skills as a lawyer;
d. Negotiation skills
e. Group work
f. Legal thinking;
g. Skills in solving situations
h. Proficient office computer;
i. Strategy development skills.
6. Personality: Honest; cautious, enthusiastic, hard to learn, and resistant to the pressure of handling large workloads.
