Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:• Maintain and organize legal documents, case files, and records in compliance with established protocols• Conduct comprehensive legal research using online databases, legal libraries, and other resources• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for accuracy and completeness• Assist in preparing legal documents, briefs, and correspondence• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party organizations on legal matters• Coordinate with external service providers• Perform data entry, document formatting, and proofreading tasks• Prepare progress reports and update case status regularly• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive legal information• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as required• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance legal knowledge and skills• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.• Creating, maintaining, and organizing office records, files, and databases.• Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked.
