Legal Associate

- Year of experience: 2-5 years; has experience working at a consulting company is preferred.- Minimum education level: University Degree in law (economics, labor and investment preferred); Lawyer Training Course is preferred;- Have sufficient knowledge and experience in legal consultancy related to Corporate & Investment, Merger & Acquisition, labor (especially labor regulations to expatriates), licensing, contract review/draft and legal compliances of foreign businesses in Vietnam;- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company;- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools;- Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines;- Strong negotiating skills, oral and written communications skills in English;- Hardworking, precise, proactive, enthusiastic, patient, and willing to learn.* Benefits:- Competitive salary; 13th month salary;- All compulsory insurance premiums;- 12 days of annual leave and 6 days of sick leave per year;- Professional and dynamic working environment for candidates' development;- Well trained as a permanent staff by experienced lawyers.- Clear career pathWorking place: 09th Floor, Epic Tower, Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Hanoi
