Mô Tả Công Việc
- Drafting legal texts including contracts, agreement, reports, legal advice.
- Advise on investing into Vietnam or abroad.
- Handle all licenses, approvals, acceptances, certificates.
- Consulting with clients in intellectual property and handling IP registration, IP infringement cases.
- Work with government bodies relating to administrative procedure works.
- Foster and develop client relations.
- Prepare proposals and presentations in response to requests for proposals on behalf of the firm. Be an actively involved in marketing and selling services.
- Perform highest and best use analysis and feasibility analysis on a variety of business fields and activities.
- Supervise, support, direct and train whenever needed to legal consultant, paralegals and interns.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Lawyer practicing certificate shall be referred.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
