I. LEGAL:1. Contracts/DocumentsDraft, review, and provide legal advice to all kind of Contracts/Documents during the Company’s operationsRelease and standardize contractual templates 2. Intellectual Properties Research, provide legal advice and perform legal procedures related to intellectual properties (trademark, industrial design, technology...)Cooperation with related departments to handle enforcement cases (copycat, counterfeit…) 3. Legal consultationProvide legal advice to all Departments for legal issues arising out of the Company’s operations 4. Licensing Manage, carry out legal procedures on granting, amending license, certificates of the Company, including but not limited to ERC, IRC of the Company and its Branches 5. Working with the authoritiesSupport related Department to work with the authorities in case of necessary (inspection, checking, carry out legal procedures...)6. Personal data protection Collaborate with IT to be personal data protection officers as required by lawRelease the forms/policies to minimize legal risk of the Company 7. LitigationPrepare dossiers to collect bad debts before law suit proceedingRepresent the company in legal proceedings (if any) under assignment II. COMPLIANCE1. Update new laws & give legal training Update new laws to BOD and relevant Departments which may affect to the Company’s operations 2. Regulations/procedures Propose, draft or support to release Regulations/Procedures to apply internal Company III. PROJECT SUPPORT & OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED Be responsible in the scope of assignment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher with major in law 2. Foreign language: English, especially writing skills required at intermediate level or higher 3. Informatics: Microsoft Office 4. Skills: - Understanding of Vietnamese legal system, especially in: commerce, business, investment, production, food safety - Good writing, consulting and presentation skills - Ability to handle situations, solve problems quickly, flexibly and decisively - Effective risk control and prevention skills 5. Capability: - Good internal coordination ensures the achievement of common departmental goals - Good interaction with relevant departments in the Company - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to handle urgent tasks quickly 6. Experience:- At least 4 to 5 years of experience - Experience working in a food manufacturing company is an advantage.
