Mô Tả Công Việc
· Review and draft contracts, mitigate the legal risk and protect the company contractual interest.
· Analyze issues and estimate risks strategically, providing legal advice for the management and business departments consideration.
· Monitor the law changes and offer suggestions to legal compliance of the company.
· Deal with the disputes with third parties and protect the company interest.
· Work with local and central State Agencies, Police ... regarding the company's activities.
· Maintain the relationship with external parties, such as external legal counsels, regulators and clients.
· Propose legal advice, consult for company's activities and requests.
· Update new legal documents, prepare reviews of company procedures in different fields.
· Company registration and license application
· Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, preferably with a law practice certificate.
- Well versed in Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Commercial.
- Good teamwork, honesty, and compliance skills.
- At least 4 years working experience as in-house legal counsel or have dealt with MNC if working in the law firm.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
