WHAT YOU DO
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements, terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal documents. Ensure legal compliance with all documents issued and executed by the company.
- Manage the company‘s legal and regulatory affairs.
- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Ensure the legal validity of documents and contracts issued and executed by the company.
- Handle corporate procedures such as establishment, modification, and registration of intellectual property rights ...
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest legal developments relevant to the company‘s operations.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor‘s degree in Law from a recognized university in Vietnam or equivalent international qualifications. Specialization in legal studies is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, is essential.
- Growth mindset, detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with corporate legal systems and intellectual property laws in Vietnam/Singapore is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
