Legal Executive - Licensing & Government Relations

Who We’re Looking For• A detail-oriented and business-minded legal professional with a strong understanding of licensing and investment regulations.• A clear communicator who can build trust with government authorities and internal stakeholders.• A proactive problem-solver who can navigate legal complexities in a regulated and fast-paced environment.• A reliable and ethical legal partner who ensures the company’s operations comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Lawyer Practicing Certificate or LL.M is a plus).• 5–7 years of legal experience, ideally in investment licensing, business registration, or education sector.• Hands-on experience working with government authorities such as DPI, DOET, MOET, DOLISA, Department of Public Security, etc.• Strong legal drafting and bilingual contract review (English & Vietnamese).• In-depth knowledge of Vietnam Investment Law, Enterprise Law, Education Law, and related regulations.•Expertise in corporate, investment, education, commercial, labor, IP, and tax law.• Proficiency in Legal English and ability to review bilingual legal documents.• Familiarity with digital licensing platforms or legal tech is an advantage.What we offer:• 18 days of annual leave + 13th-month salary.• 12 paid holidays (including Christmas Day).• Work travel support• Full social, health & unemployment insurance.• Educational sponsorship for employee’s family members.• Professional training & leadership development opportunities.• Engaging team-building activities & a dynamic work culture.
