Key ResponsibilitiesLicensing & Government Relations- Lead all legal licensing procedures for company operations: Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), Enterprise Registration - Certificate (ERC), Education Operation License, and other permits.- Directly liaise and negotiate with government agencies (DPI, DOET, Department of Planning, Department of Construction, Department of Public Security, People’s Committees, etc.)- Monitor legal developments in licensing and investment law to ensure compliance.- Represent the company in regulatory audits, inspections, or meetings with authorities.Legal Advisory & Contract Management- Review and draft licensing-related contracts, legal opinions, MoUs, and official correspondences.- Provide legal advice on business registration, investment approvals, and education licensing.- Coordinate with external counsels when needed.Documentation & Record Management- Maintain licensing files, applications, approvals, and correspondence with full legal accuracy.- Prepare legal reports and maintain compliance records for audit-readiness.

1.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a business-minded legal professional who:Is detail-oriented and understands the bigger picture in licensing and investment operationsCommunicates clearly and builds trust with government bodies and internal teamsIs a proactive problem-solver, confident navigating complex legal frameworksBrings strong ethics and reliability to ensure ongoing compliance in all business activities2.Qualifications & Experience: Must-have:Bachelor’s degree in Law (Lawyer Practicing Certificate or LL.M is a plus)5–7 years of legal experience in investment licensing, business registration, or the education sectorDirect experience working with government agencies such as DPI, DOET, MOET, DOLISA, Department of Public Security, etc.Strong skills in legal drafting and reviewing bilingual contracts (Vietnamese & English)Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Investment Law, Enterprise Law, and Education LawNice-to-have:Familiarity with corporate, labor, IP, commercial, and tax lawExperience using digital legal platforms or legal tech toolsProfessional proficiency in Legal English, especially in bilingual document review
