• As a Legal Lead, you will be a valuable support to leadership, provide administrative support, and proactively develop key partnerships in the vibrant Web3 industry..

Responsibilities:

• Legal supervision includes all domestic and cross-border legal activities, especially related to cryptocurrencies and investment - reinvestment cash flows
• Provide legal advice and risk assessment on business dealings involving cryptocurrency and international fund flows.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to cryptocurrency ventures and international investments.
• Ensure corporate compliance with current laws and regulations pertaining to cryptocurrency operations.
• Establish and manage relationships with foreign regulatory bodies, VC partners, and relevant organizations.
• Educate and support other departments on cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with regulators and authorities to address legal issues.
