Legal Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES• Build up legal practice to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare/medical sector, business, and labour laws;• Handling Compliance issues, Risk Management issues (company health check, procedure);• Handling supporting investment issues, due diligence in SEA;• Conduct legal analysis, develop Legal framework and propose solutions and processes to deal with legal matters in SEA entities (License, Contract, Data Privacy, Operation, Dispute resolution, etc.);• Supporting daily operations and governance of SEA entities from the Legal side (review and advise Sales, Procurement, Sponsorship, and Clinical Trials agreements);• Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;• Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;• Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;• Provide arbitration, litigation, mediation, and Legal dispute support (if any);• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
