Mô Tả Công Việc
We would like to find fulltime professonal lawyer (Preferably more than 5 years legal experience) for our HCMC office.
- Assist CEO for FDI cases. Prepare legal documents in English and Vietnamese.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
- Maintain good relationship with local law offices and firms.
- Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles if any;
- Participating in other legal advice activities from customers.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Law and must have lawyer card
- Over 5 years working experience in professional service and/ or Law firms with minimum 5 years at supervisory level;
- Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations.
- Must be initiative, independent and strong motivation;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
