- Perform legal research & advice for all legal matters of the company
- Drafting and reviewing high-stake legal contracts;
- Work with notary offices, registration offices, and state agencies;
- Ensure compliance and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes;
- Filing of documents, contracts, and legal reports;
- Perform other legal works assigned by the CEO and Administrative department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from a local or international university;
- 3 to 4 years experience working in the international business and NGO setting;
- Knowledge & experience in Intellectual property, Commerce/E-commerce, offshore investment & international laws;
- Careful and meticulous in drafting and reviewing contracts;
- Good verbal and written English communication proficiency;

- One-month probation with 100% of net salary.

- Working time: 8:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday). Days Off: Saturday - Sunday; holidays, Tet in accordance with Vietnam Labour Law and Christmas day
