- Handle legal matters for the day-to-day operation, contract management, and resolution of legal matters.
- Review and lead the reporting of critical findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective.
- Draft, review, organize, and monitor a wide range of contracts, agreements, arrangements, and legal documents and ensure that they comply with all legal requirements and the Company's policy.
- Build, follow, and improve the contract form system for Company.
- Attend the meeting with partners/vendors/suppliers to negotiate about legal aspects for all contracts, agreements, etc.
- Work closely with the operator to ensure compliance in operation.
- Provide training on legal knowledge and guidance on compliance with internal regulation to manager/director level and Company's employees.
- Ensure the legality of the company operation in authorization and management of authorization.
- Research laws and provide legal opinion/advice on any matters of the Corporate's business activities.
- Promptly update new regulations to ensure that legislations affect the Company operations are identified timely. Support related departments in evaluating the influence of regulations.
- Draft, review, and revise internal regulations and processes.
- Monitor licensing application dossiers and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain licenses for the Company's operation.
- Support other legal works assigned by BOD/managers to ensure the Company's legal compliance.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
- At least a Bachelor of Law.
- A lawyer practicing license is an advantage;
2. Experience
- At least 3 years experience as an in-house lawyer or lawyer in a law firm;
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
3. Specific skills
- Proficiency in oral, writing, and communication in both English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills;
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Negotiation skills, time management skill
- High integrity.
Willing to frequently travel to the site as required
