Panasonic Vietnam is looking for a Legal Senior Specialist. The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:1. Legal affairs• Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties.• Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects.• Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws.• Internal check and monitor the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures.• Conduct Compliance training for internal needs.• Initiate & implement activities for promoting compliance culture.2. Corporate Governance & Risk Management• Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place.• Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures.3. Other supporting tasks relating to legal and compliance as assigned
