Mô Tả Công Việc
- Contract/ document filing management;
- Support in licensing works/ coordinate with outsourced firm;
- Support in disputes settlement/ negotiations; • Give accurate and timely advice in a variety of legal topics;
- Compliance control;
- Maintain record and update on company information and legal representative change/ POA;
- Risk management and provide timely warnings/ solutions;
- Represent the department as required in liaison with the business units/ external parties;
- Directly report to Senior Legal Counsel
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 1- 2 year experience as a Legal Counsel in the business environment or law firm;
- Having knowledge and understanding of corporate/investment law and procedures;
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
- Knowledge in real estate/ manufacturing section will be preferable;
- Time management and Problem Solving;
- Communication skills;
- Leadership;
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines;
- English proficiency level: Intermediate or higher;
- Bachelor degree in Law;
- Reference information is required.
