Mô Tả Công Việc
- Legal advice and advice related to management, administration and business activities; Provide new legal documents upon request;
- Controlling legal compliance – Drafting/Evaluating the legality of documents before issuance (only drafting documents under the management of the Law, power of attorney, documents under the direction of direct manager);
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and departments related to the work in charge; develop, maintain and supervise the Law Office (VPLS) to perform the Service Contract;
- Coordinating with the Departments to handle conflicts/disputes/complaints/complaints within the scope of expertise and the Civil Service of the Law;
- Protection of Intellectual Property, management of objects registered for intellectual property protection;
- Registration of barcode numbers, management of the product barcode system;
- Registration of establishment/change of business registration license (excluding licenses related to other specialties such as Pharmacy, Labor ... and licenses under the work function of other Departments);
- Participating in internal operations; Performing legal services for companies; Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5 years of experience in a legal position;
- University graduate or higher in Law;
- Having a certificate of practicing law;
- Use English at a good level or higher;
- Using office informatics;
- Good communication, writing/speaking skills
- Working at : Lô F14-2-2 và F14-2-3 KCN, Hiệp Phước, Nhà Bè, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
