* In English:
- Consulting on the development of work processes:
• Current situation analysis: Evaluate the existing work process, and identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Developing a new process: Establish a detailed work process, including steps, responsibilities of each department, and completion time, to ensure systematicity and efficiency.
• Standardizing documents: Develop a standard set of documents for enforcement work, saving time and minimizing errors.
- Consulting on improving enforcement efficiency:
• Legal analysis: Thoroughly research the legal regulations related to enforcement, and update the latest changes to provide appropriate solutions.
• Strategy building: Develop a specific plan for each case, selecting the most effective enforcement measures.
• Evaluation and adjustment: Monitor the enforcement process, evaluate results, and promptly adjust the plan when necessary.
- Networking and relationship building:
• Network building: Research and connect with enforcement agencies and competent state agencies nationwide.
• Regular communication: Maintain regular contact with agencies to update information and resolve arising issues.
• Building trust: Build long-term cooperative relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Direct support:
• Participation in work: Directly participate in meetings, and work with enforcement agencies to promote the progress of enforcement.
• Resolving difficulties: Support in resolving difficulties and challenges arising during the enforcement process, finding optimal solutions.
- Training and guidance:
• Organizing training courses: Organize training courses on enforcement law, negotiation skills, and working with state agencies.
• Direct guidance: Guide legal department staff in performing tasks related to enforcement.

Requirements:
- Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
o Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Law or professional certifications related to civil enforcement.
- Experience:
o At least 10 years of practical experience in civil enforcement.
o Preference given to candidates who have held the position of Enforcement Officer or have direct experience working with enforcement agencies.
o Deep understanding of civil enforcement procedures, processes, and relevant laws.
- Skills:
o Language: Proficient in English for both communication and work purposes.
o Professional Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of enforcement law and related legal regulations.
+ Ability to analyze, evaluate situations, and provide effective solutions.
+ Negotiation, bargaining, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Others:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to work under pressure.
+ High sense of responsibility and integrity.
