1. Leisure Segment Management:
- Manage all leisure segments, with a focus on FIT and GIT bookings, both inbound and domestic.
- Oversee the management of tour series, ensuring timely quotes and confirmations.
- Handle domestic bookings from Vietnamese travel agencies such as Chudu24, Ivivu, etc.
2. Contract and Booking Management:
- Issue and file all contracts as assigned by the General Manager (GM) and Director of Sales (DOS).
- Block rooms in Opera PMS, manage allotments, and maintain oversight to avoid overbookings.
- Monitor occupancy, room rate, RevPAR, and market share to ensure targets are met.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt sales strategies.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Client Engagement:
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to foster and strengthen client relationships.
- Set up sales call appointments with partner companies in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and execute sales call plans both domestic and abroad to support the GM and DOS as needed.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Track sales activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
8. Booking Management:
- Manage all aspects of tour series in Opera PMS, including blocking, amending, and cancelling bookings.
- Maintain oversight over allotments and room blocks to avoid overbookings.
- Assist the DOS and Sales Manager in issuing and updating GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) and Series confirmations.
9. Reporting & Administrative Duties:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the GM and DOS.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the Opera Property Management System.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in German, French and/or Korean a big plus.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Regular travel will be required for client meetings and industry events, mainly in the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi areas.
