Key responsibilities:

• Working and receiving documents, information and requests from Clients;
• Preparing client correspondence and legal documents from instructions;
• Conducting and researching facts to prepare case accordingly;
• Drafting various types of legal documents such as contracts, memos, legal opinions, pleadings, record summaries, subpoenas, etc;
• Contacting with clients, institutions, enterprises and competent authorities;
• Representing clients to work with related parties, Courts, Arbitration and other relevant authorities;
• Engaging in pre-litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court/arbitration;
• Assisting with filing materials in court offices/arbitration center/other relevant authorities, and proceeding other administrative tasks as needed;
• Participating in Court/Arbitration proceedings as assigned;
• Other tasks as assigned.
