Logisitics Staff

• Create Receiving Voucher and prepare for the receiving of inbound materials and returned products;• Cooperate and follow up with Accounting department for timely tax payments to customs for IPE and trading type;• Monitor receiving process performance;• Create Delivery Schedule for delivering outbound product from Warehouse to destination;• Monitor delivery performance;• Create delivery schedule for internal transfer;• Support Logistics Manager to define appropriate performance measures to all suppliers in use;• Monitor and record service quality of each supplier;• Monitor and execute risk for inland trucking through insurance purchase;• Support Logistics Manager in updating logistics policies & plan in accordance with the latest customs laws.
