Logistics Coordinator

1. Delivery Planning from Factories:• Coordinate and arrange shipments from outsourced factories to bonded warehouses.• Update and maintain data related to deliveries, including quantity, weight, dimensions, etc.• Manage and track Certificates of Origin (C/O) for each shipment provided by factories/suppliers and ensure timely system updates.• Assist in the selection of carriers and forwarders, ensuring all necessary documentation and service level agreements are in place.• Monitor and evaluate quality, quantity, delivery timelines, and transportation costs.• Provide Tariff Classifications for all purchase orders to outsourced factories.2. Delivery Planning to Customers:• Provide regular updates and reports on delivery status, inventory levels, and dispatch requirements to customers.• Organize and monitor weekly shipments, ensuring the creation of Air Waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and other customs-related documentation.• Handle outbound shipment to some specific destinations according to plan.• Manage and follow up all Customs Clearance Activities such as following upcoming Shipment, Documents Transactions• Address and resolve any issues related to transportation, imports, or exports as required.3. Labeling:• Manage and oversee special labeling requirements for specific customers and produce weekly reports.
