Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, bike servicing process from order receipt to delivery.Plan shipments based on product availability and requests from Sales team or CS teamEnsure the quality of the shipment (quality of bikes, related documents, quality of bike delivery vendors).Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.Build logistics processes and automations on the company platform to manage order status effectively to ensure timely deliveries.Build logistics vendor database.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics activities (fullfillment and bike servicing), key metrics, and process improvements.To lead and inspire a high performing and engaged order management teamSchedule shifts for logistics staff.
