You will ensure the smooth execution of logistics plans, manage the logistics structure, and resolve any related issues. This role requires strong coordination, execution, and project management skills to support the company’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement logistics systems for overseas operations, including customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution, aligned with company strategy.• Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, including planning, execution, and supervision, ensuring seamless operations.• Establish the organizational structure and management system for logistics, including processes, regulations, and standards.• Monitor the implementation of logistics plans, including supplier-related logistics, ensuring timely issue resolution and process optimization.
