Logistics Manager

B.Braun Vietnam plant in Thanh Oai, Hanoi is now hiring Logistics Manager to be in charge of overseeing the operation of warehouse and logistic activities nation-wide. This role will ensure efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse and logistic operation and process while fostering continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Main job responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Management: 1.1: In - Plant WH: - RM issue for Production - FG issue for export & Local 1.2: Hub WH. - RM receive & issue for Thanh Oai & OEM Plants. - FG receive from Plants & issue for export & Local - Trading good receive & issue for local Sale 1.3: Spare Part WH. - Receive & Issue for Sale & Maintenance 1.4: Consignment Stock. - Manage and reconcile consignment stock with Suppliers/Customers.2. Logistics Management: 2.1: Inbound Logistics: - RM tranfer from Supplier to Port & Port to WH. 2.2: OutboundLogistics: - FG & Empty pallets tranfering from in - plant WH to Hub and vice versa. - RM transferring from in - plant WH to Hub and vice versa. - Goods delivery to inner Hanoi/ Hochiminh city. - Goods delivery from Hub to the North/Center/South province of Viet Nam. - Direct delivery of AE products from Hanoi/Hochiminh to Customers/ Dealers. - Express service from Hanoi/ Hochiminh - Internal transfer from Hanoi/Haiphong to HCM by Sea (D2D). - FG transfer from plant to APC area.3. Team management 3.1: Manage team to ensure KPIs/ PDR are met with department target 3.2: Coach & develop team members by daily problem solving4. Orders Processing - Manage sale orders for Local & export with all order types. - Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure all invoice issuing comply with Law. - Issue correct VAT invoices, ensuring accurate information about taxes, tax codes, goods/services - Coordinate with the import-export department to determine the output VAT rate for each type of goods/service according to the current tax policy - Work with Invoice supplier to resolve issues related to E-invoice system5.
