- Research potential logistic suppliers/forwarder;- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/forwarder;- Manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centers;- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers;- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency;- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;- Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation;- Review quality of purchased products;- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed;- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage;Red & Blue Technology Co., Ltd.2- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevantfield;- 1-3 years of experience in logistic, purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles;- Prefer in technical, industrial, automation field.2. Knowledge & Skills:- Good command of English, both spoken and written preferred;- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);- Understanding of supply chain procedures;- Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade practices;- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;3. Personal Characteristics:- Friendly, honest, responsibility.IV. Salary range:- Gross salary is from VND 11,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 per month Based on Candidate’sexperience and ability.4. Benefit:- 13th month salary;- Bonus if meets the KPI;- Premium Healthcare plan after probation period;- Annual Health Check-ups;- Annual Company trip;- Other benefits in accordance to Company's Policy and Vietnam Labor Laws.
