1. Arrange and release bookings as per customers/oversea partners’ request in timely manner.2. Communicate with shippers/manufacturer to provide necessary procedural support.3. Generate AR debit note & checking AP each job in timely manner.4. Address and resolve customer issues to ensure smooth operations.5. Report any critical updates or issues to line managers if any (delay, offload, docs missing, damaged goods..)6. Complete other assigned tasks by upper manager when needed.7. Assist in the professional development of team members.

- 7+ years of experience in a US-bound forwarder is required.- Preference will be given to those with a network of local(Vietnam) forwarders specializing in US-bound cargo- Ability to respond accurately and quickly to overseas partners and local customers' needs is essential- Good command of spoken & written English** BENEFITS: - 13th salary. - Gas / telephone allowance- Company trip- Annual Health check- Full salary insurance- Review salary: 1 time / yearWorking time: - Mon – Fri : 8h ~ 17h- Sat: 8h30 ~ 12h00
