Logistics Specialist (Inventory, Warehouse, Container packing)

Reporting to the Logistics Leader, the position is accountable for operating the development and planning of all outbound logistics planning activities.• Lead the design and execution of the logistics network and monitor performance of service providers• Ensure all parts are available during the production launch build phase so a flawless and a competitive start-up is achieved.• Identify and eliminate high risk activities using risk reduction tools, such as PFMEA, risk assessments, etc.• Ensure that all programs meet the three measures of a successful vehicle launch: on time, excellent quality and meeting and/or exceeding program financial targets.• Empower and support teams to improve their work environment and eliminate any constraints.• Work with Manufacturing partners to develop and implement strategies to increase value added activities within manufacturing.
