LOGISTICS Staff (Upto 850$)

We are looking for the candidates who will report to Logistics Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:- Accomplish team’s goal by supporting staff’s goal as well as accomplish own goal- Have good knowledge of HS code, regulations about im-export field.- Liaise with customers, and vendors for logistic matters- Plan for shipment (incoming/outgoing) & implement the plan- Monitor shipments to ensure customer specific requirements- Filling of shipping related documents- Review orders for discrepancies due to nonconformance to specifications- Follow SOP & timely consult with superiors for any update, improvements- Examine contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of shipments- Share knowledge by their own- Prepare and check all shipping documents comply with import/export rules- Prepare mailing labels, shipping documents, certificate of origin and invoices- Contact carrier representative for shipping and delivery arrangements- Cooperate with vendors to settle problems such as damages, shortages- Liaise with shipping companies, customs officials, transport vendors, suppliers- Ensure signed Delivery Order is returned- Internal communication with teams for solving logistics problems- Carry out Kaizen, 5S activities- Other tasks as required
