- Oversee Technical Operations: Manage day-to-day technical operations, including production processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of technical staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and performance evaluations.
- Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance, expertise, and support to the team.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures, implementing measures to prevent defects and maintain product quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance and repair schedules, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Project Management: Overseeing technical aspects of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining up-to date technical documentation and reports.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on technical performance, equipment status, and quality metrics.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and guidelines, conducting regular safety inspections and training.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technical principles and best practices relevant to the company's equipment and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintenance management and planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant maintenance management software
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in relevant technical software specific to the industry
· Proficiency in English language skills is a must, proficiency in Chinese language would be an advantage.
- Experience with metal printing & packaging quality standards (a plus).
