Machine Learning Engineer (Python, SQL, REST APIs)

Build, deploy, and maintain ML models and APIs for backend services to integrate model predictions into production systems.Develop and own ML solutions for key projects: surge pricing, ETA prediction, and object detection for proof-of-delivery image processing.Research and implement advanced ML approaches (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision) to solve logistics and on-demand business problems.Monitor model performance in production, detect data drift, and proactively retrain or update models to maintain accuracy.Design, implement, and monitor A/B tests to evaluate model performance and business impact.Collaborate with Data Engineers and Backend Engineers to build reliable data pipelines, feature stores, and ensure smooth model API integration.Use up-to-date ML tech stack:Languages: Python (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)Model Serving / API: FastAPI, Flask or equivalentBig Data: PySpark, BigQuery, GCS/S3Cloud: GCP (Dataproc, Vertex AI or equivalent)
