Maintenance Engineer

Preventive maintenance activities:To ensure all equipment are properly maintained as stated in the up-to-date SOPs and comply with preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration scheduleBuild-up and update Standard Operations Procedure for equipment/tool maintenance and operationsObserve and support subcontractors for calibration and maintenanceTimely escalate to superior/site operations manager should there is any potential risk of equipment shortage or damage that may impact or interrupt operationsCheck and propose solution to fix malfunctioned equipment. Evaluate the equipment damage and functioning capability and engage vendor to repair itAssist manager in equipment calibration and preventive maintenance activities performed by external vendor: deliver and receive equipment/tool, check the report and update (if any)Coordinate with customer and relevant parties to fix the issues related to machinesPrepare audit activities and follow up on the closure of audit findings related to PM and calibration activitiesInitiate and lead improvement projects related to productivity and cost saving of service & maintenance of equipment and facilities in warehouseManage and report stock count of spare partsTraining:Ensure team members to be passed down the updated procedures and to have adequate competences to complete the jobConduct trainings related to equipment PM for all maintenance techniciansOther tasks as assigned by management
