Maintenance Group Leader - Working in Ha Tinh Plant

• Analyze and evaluate the condition of mechanical equipment before commissioning.• Monitor equipment operating conditions and assist in troubleshooting.• Analyze the cause of failure and use RCFA (root cause analysis) tools to identify and recommend solutions.• Establish and develop equipment maintenance procedures.• Determine the use of predictive maintenance techniques.• Analyze reports and KPIs in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) to evaluate the efficiency and reliability of equipment and equipment maintenance systems, thereby adjusting and improving preventive maintenance plans.• Implement preventive maintenance and repair plans and schedules for all equipment in the plant.• Analyze archived data, operating parameters and equipment usage trends to determine necessary improvements to achieve the lowest life cycle cost for all equipment.• Plan for necessary replacement materials annually.• Set and monitor KPIs for maintenance team members and set quality goals for the entire plant.• Manage and train to improve the skills of maintenance workers and technicians.* Position leader will be offered base on candidates experience and capability
