Position Objective: Maintenance staff is responsible for operating, maintaining facilities and doing miscellaneous handy works in school.Nhân viên bảo trì có trách nhiệm vận hành, bảo trì bảo dưỡng cơ sở vật chất và làm các nhiệm vụ lao động chân tay khác trong trường.ResponsibilitiesThe job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEP so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third-party services.Maintenance workers report directly to the Maintenance Team Leader on a daily basis, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:1. Operate the school’s technical systems and equipment to service the school’s teaching and learning activities.2. Periodically maintain the school’s electric appliances and electronic equipment, MEPF System and infrastructure as well.3. Provide service to infrastructure, class and school equipment and articles to guarantee these systems and equipment to work properly.4. Maintain and inspect furniture or items for classrooms as requested.5. Provide other services such as school’s festivities as sport, exhibition activities.6. Respond to transportation requirements, material displacement and rearrangement as requested within the campus.7. Clean and arrange equipment, areas where the cleaning staff is unable to perform.8. Coordinate and supervise services of the outsource maintenance contractor for the building.9. Attend any other duties as required by the Maintenance Team Leader/Facilities Manager.
