KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - BUSINESS: Provide effective technical support and assist the manager to ensure the production machinery is in good condition to achieve the company plan.  Ensure only good quality cigarette products are produced at all time.  Ensure the machines’ maintenance and servicing programs are strictly adhered.  Ensure all machinery performance data and information is updated accurately and regularly Achieve production performance targets, with top quality cigarette products timely produced in sufficient desired quantity for market distribution.  Minimum machine downtime and wastage during operation.  Manage and control to ensure physical spare part inventory is at optimal level. Support Engineering activities (provide effective ancillary services) and R&R activities when necessary. IWS implementation: play a role of PM Pillar member and Maintenance Lead at production floor to take part in DDS meeting, implement DMSs under PM Pillar. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - PEOPLE: Report Propose & get buy-in from line manager for development plan to enhance both technical skill and leadership capability of the team   Acquired experience from technical projects.   Improve self-confident from working with factories management  Monitor the spare usage to ensure the stock level is sufficient to support machine operation.  To work closely with factories to influence good housekeeping at factories. To work closely with technical support team to ensure that machine safety devices are properly functioning.  Ensure the preventive maintenance of production machinery is as plan & align with PI&T requirement.  Ensure all machinery performance data and information is updated accurately and   regularly  Seek and implement innovative ideas from the team to improve product quality & productivity.  Propose “Continuous Improvement” initiatives within the function  TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH - KINH DOANH:Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hiệu quả và hỗ trợ quản lý để đảm bảo máy móc sản xuất trong tình trạng tốt nhằm đạt được kế hoạch của công ty.Đảm bảo chỉ sản xuất các sản phẩm thuốc lá chất lượng tốt mọi lúc.Đảm bảo các chương trình bảo trì và bảo dưỡng máy móc được tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt.Đảm bảo tất cả dữ liệu và thông tin về hiệu suất máy móc được cập nhật chính xác và thường xuyên.Đạt được các mục tiêu hiệu suất sản xuất, với các sản phẩm thuốc lá chất lượng cao được sản xuất kịp thời và đủ số lượng mong muốn để phân phối ra thị trường.Giảm thiểu thời gian ngừng máy và lãng phí trong quá trình vận hành.Quản lý và kiểm soát để đảm bảo tồn kho phụ tùng vật lý ở mức tối ưu.Hỗ trợ các hoạt động kỹ thuật (cung cấp các dịch vụ phụ trợ hiệu quả) và các hoạt động R&R khi cần thiết.Thực hiện IWS: đóng vai trò là thành viên của PM Pillar và Trưởng nhóm Bảo trì tại sàn sản xuất để tham gia cuộc họp DDS, thực hiện các DMS dưới PM Pillar.TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH - CON NGƯỜI:Báo cáo, đề xuất và nhận sự đồng thuận từ quản lý trực tiếp cho kế hoạch phát triển nhằm nâng cao cả kỹ năng kỹ thuật và khả năng lãnh đạo của đội ngũ.Tích lũy kinh nghiệm từ các dự án kỹ thuật.Cải thiện sự tự tin từ việc làm việc với quản lý nhà máy.Giám sát việc sử dụng phụ tùng để đảm bảo mức tồn kho đủ để hỗ trợ hoạt động của máy móc.Làm việc chặt chẽ với các nhà máy để thúc đẩy việc giữ gìn vệ sinh tốt tại các nhà máy.Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật để đảm bảo các thiết bị an toàn của máy móc hoạt động đúng cách.Đảm bảo bảo trì phòng ngừa của máy móc sản xuất theo kế hoạch và phù hợp với yêu cầu của PI&T.Đảm bảo tất cả dữ liệu và thông tin về hiệu suất máy móc được cập nhật chính xác và thường xuyên.Tìm kiếm và thực hiện các ý tưởng sáng tạo từ đội ngũ để cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm và năng suất.Đề xuất các sáng kiến "Cải tiến liên tục" trong chức năng.
