PURPOSEThe role is to develop and implement the employee engagement & employer branding (EE&EB) strategies.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Plan and execute purposeful engagement initiatives.- Ensure country’s EE&EB initiatives and action plan developed and executed are aligned with Group’s direction.- Ensure HR-related guidelines/policies and processes are followed and implemented consistently.- Drive employee listening tools from survey to action plan.- Act as country main contact for Group EE & EB initiatives.- Plan and execute Employer Branding strategy and deployment.- Handle internal communication through all relevant online and offline platforms.- Manage assigned budget.- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree.- Minimum 6 years of working experiences with at least 3 years’ experience in employee engagement & employer branding.- Excellent communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese).- Good planning skills.- Strong track record in Employee Engagement & Employer Branding.- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for employee engagement and employer branding.- Social media, content writing, digital savvy.
