Management and development of Card products and servicesa. Build and develop Card products and services;Build and develop electronic distribution channels for customers;Build and advise the Board of Directors on the Card business strategy;Train and coach knowledge and expertise on the Bank's Card products and services;Process information and feedback from customers/distribution channels for retail banking products and services;Act as a focal point for interaction with Departments/Centers at the Head Office and Business Units to serve the business plan.Business developmentb. Build programs and communication plans for Card products and services;Build business plans by product line/program for each region. Monitor, supervise and coordinate business plans;Manage activities associated with partners;Responsible for the business results of Card products and services.Other tasks:c. Perform tasks assigned by the leader related to specialized products;Propose personal opinions in the communication of products, services, and promotional programs;Develop policies, regulations, and procedures related to professional expertise;Participate in establishing and organizing the operation of operational processes of the Product & Marketing Department;Other tasks as directed and assigned by competent authorities.
