Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Law, Economics, Finance, or International Business. • Professional insurance certification preferred. • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in insurance, with management experience in PA & Employee Compensation lines. • Proven negotiation skills with brokers and corporate agentsSkills & Competencies:• Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities. • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills in Vietnamese and English. • Effective client and customer management. • Leadership and team development. • Creative thinking and sound reasoning..
