We offer outstanding career opportunities and are now seeking energetic talents who are excited to join us on this journey.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation projects for PLM and MES systems, ensuring successful delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and quality to define project objectives and develop project plans.Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and prioritization.Gather business requirements, validate proposed solution options, consider various constraints such as budget, time, resources, technical, align stakeholders for best decision to companyLead the design and development of PLM/MES infrastructure, including research, selection, design, testing of PLM/MES systems.Lead testing, training, data conversion and go live procedures for commissioning PLM/MES systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PLM/MES and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization.Conduct audits of PLM/MES solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
