Duties may include but not limited to:
• Develop and conduct strategic sourcing and category management strategies on the assigned categories / commodities by conducting extensive market research locally and internationally
• Formulate, prepare and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers
• Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis to ensure highest value-for-money for each acquisition and provide full representation on total cost of ownership to support supplier selection process
• Actively involve in the contract development process with the suppliers to ensure commercial terms are fair and effective
• Manage suppliers’ performance and maintain positive relationships and strong partnership with key suppliers
• Develop and drive cost savings and reduction strategies and initiatives without compromising operational performance and efficiency
• Develop and execute continuous process improvement projects to continually improve procurement process and efficiency by keeping abreast of the latest industry’s best practices and technology
• Create and maintain department SOP ensuring major procurement processes are captured
• Strict compliance with company and department SOP
• Maintain accurate online and offline procurement records for audit purpose
• Work closely with various Business Units
• Monitor and manage procurement tactical operation specified in SOP e.g. execute Purchase Order
• Other special tasks assigned and delegated by management and immediate supervisor

• Ability to carry oneself professionally with high regard to honesty, transparency and integrity
• Preferably 8 - 10 years of industry experience in procurement and supply chain management specialised in the hospitality, food and beverage industries
• In-depth technical and commercial knowledge of local and international supply base and key players in the hospitality F&B and FMCG industries
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
• Ability to think strategically with track record in category management
• Well verse in MS Office and ERP system
• Fluent in English both verbal and written. Ability to communicate in Vietnamese will be advantageous.
