PURPOSE:The jobholder is responsible:- To execute rewards, benefits program for employees and budget planning.- In charge of Function governance and lead HR projects.- Handle all data analytics to the Management.- Be key contact point for all iHR projects.- Be the contact point for Expat services (work permit, TRC, relocation support, tax services etc.).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Responsible for annual pay review and off-cycle pay review and promotion.- In charge of annual salary /benefits surveys.- Responsible for budget planning and cost analysis to the management.- Responsible for employee benefit management, including expat benefit and support the review / renew of benefit scheme (ie: medical insurance scheme, annual health check-up, care programs for staff from time to time).- Analyze data and insights to report to the management.- Be HR systems (HRcorner / iHR) administrator and HR related projects including system.- In charge of HR Governance.- Data and insights analytics.- In coordination with vendors to support expats in relocating/repatriating during their Vietnam secondment.- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree.- At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR’s field.- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).- Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour laws, PIT and regulations.- Have ability to handle a large number of data.- Have experience with HR systems.- Time management and organizational skills.- Logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
