As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Utilize Agile testing metrics to monitor and report on the quality of the software.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct regression testing to verify that new features and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Work closely with developers and product managers to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Agile Testing Metrics: Experience in applying Agile testing metrics to assess and improve software quality.
Software Testing Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
Domain Expertise: Experience in testing complex domains/projects such as Banking, Insurance, or Finance.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
English Communication: Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for daily meetings and direct interactions with cross-country Managers.
